I absolutely love the school based practice. Chelsea and Bryan are both angels in my book. They are fantastic with my son. He loves Chelsea and always looks forward to seeing her. She's fantastic and so is Bryan. Any time I need him to be seen it takes me less than 2 minutes to schedule him online. I don't know what I would do without them. If I have questions, yes the call center answers, but they get my message over to the nurses fast and they always return my call quickly. Very grateful for this office.

The only positive aspect of this clinic is the nursing staff…. they are consistently kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, everything else about the clinic is unprofessional and frustrating. The front desk is the first impression of any clinic, and sadly, this one sets the tone for everything wrong here. The receptionist is completely disengaged …. sitting stone-faced, showing zero empathy or courtesy, and making patients feel like an inconvenience rather than a priority. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the front desk makes the atmosphere cold, unprofessional, and uncomfortable from the moment you walk in. The nurse practitioner often acts as though she has all the answers, yet frequently fails to follow through with prescriptions, leaving patients without the care they need. Appointments are rarely on time. Even when the waiting room is empty, patients are left waiting while staff gather in the back to laugh, joke, and socialize…. often in front of student doctors and nurses. The clinic feels more like a staff lounge than a professional medical environment, and the students appear to gain easy credit without receiving proper guidance or training. Parkin

Be aware.AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE IN SCHOOL. Cannot get in touch with actual doctors office sends you to call center and they repeat back your records without confirming who it is. Will be calling state for a ppi (personal privacy information) violation. Doctors will not send documents or faxes or even respond to schools in a timely manner so students are now losing out on their education due to the doctors and this establishment. Very rude call centered as they try to bicker with patients and customers instead of de-escalating the situation. Very very unprofessional of this establishment. I believe they need to be investigated. Patient service:0/10 Call center:0/10 Doctors:0/10 Professionalism:0/10 Patients rights:0/10

3500 in a hole because doctor said I could go anywhere for bloodwork an an xray. Never tried telling me where I could go an keep me in network so I went to gesinger near my home. Now stuck with the bill, when I went there to discuss this was brought in office smirks and basically said they'll take a payment plan. Very inconsiderate not to mention they've referred me an kept me in network for other issues. But this you can go anywhere an look what it got me. I seriously wonder if even real doctors because they do nothing but take notes.

Save your money. This doctor half does all her dental work. So you will be regularly seeing her and paying more . She doesn’t care about you. She cares about her bottom line. Every single tooth this woman touched a few months later i was back for more work. Total money pit . Go to horizon dental or pretty much anywhere else . Save yourself the headache of poor dentistry.
